This place was a total pad' in 1977! And yes, there was an avocado stove. Terrific tunnel entrance floorplan, and a south facing configuration, creates wonderful light and lots of opportunity. The home is mostly original, but it is comfortable to live in while you make your own mark over time. On the main level, there are two bedrooms, one bath, living room with decorative fireplace, dining room, and an eat in kitchen with an original banquette. At street level, a large garage with garden access and an unusual permitted room; tiled with built in spa and sauna - we don't know if they work, but they sure are conversation starters. If this isn't your vibe, think of it as your blank canvas. Convenient to the beach, Sunset Blvd and Noriega St. shopping, including Gus' Market, Devil's Teeth Bakery, Restaurants and transit.
